Roger & Debbie Andruss

God has blessed Rog and Deb with a life much different than they could have ever imagined.

Both worked in healthcare for over 30 years combined as a Pharmacist and Medical Assistant when God called Roger back to Bible College. They have served in ministry ever since, with Roger teaching/preaching as a Lead Pastor in churches for over 10 years. They transitioned from church ministry to full-time mission work (pastoral care) fourteen years ago when they partnered with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), one of the largest mission organizations in the world with over 25,000 full-time missionaries.

In their early years of mission work they noticed something amiss: Countless missionaries and church staff they met were abandoning their calling due to feelings of burnout and disillusionment. When they dug deeper, they discovered a common theme. In many cases, those who were leaving their ministry had struggled to find a balance between the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. The busyness of their ministry had led them to neglect their relationship with Jesus – there’d been too much “doing,” and too little “being.” Healthy spiritual discipline suffered in the reality of busy ministry life.

With that realization, Roger and Deb began ministering to others, helping them to understand the importance of an abiding life. Their focus has been to help others thrive by achieving & maintaining wellness – spiritual, physical, emotional & social. They have a heart for the nations, having traveled to more than 70 countries in the last 14 years. They would tell you how blessed they are to have ministered to more than 2000 missionaries and church leaders in those nations.

Another layer of ministry was added five years ago with the purchase of 40 acres in NW Montana where a place of retreat and rest is being developed.
